Q: What types of filaments do you sell?
A: We sell a variety of PLA colours and gradients, including PLA.

Q: What brands of filaments do you carry?
A: We can offer filaments from well-known brands such as iSANMATE, Ziro3D.

Q: What sizes of filament spools are available?
A: Our filaments are available in standard spool sizes 1kg, and larger bulk sizes depending on the brand and type.

Q: How do I choose the right filament for my project?
A: The choice of filament depends on the specific requirements of your project, such as strength, flexibility, and finish. PLA is great for general-purpose printing, ABS for more durable parts, PETG for a balance of strength and flexibility, and TPU for flexible prints. For specific advice, you can contact our customer service team.

A: Yes, we offer small sample packson request for a small fee, so you can test them before committing to a larger purchase.

Q: Are your filaments environmentally friendly?
A: PLA is an eco-friendly filament, which is biodegradable and made from renewable resources.

A: Filaments should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using airtight containers or vacuum bags with desiccants to prevent moisture absorption.

Q: What should I do if I encounter issues with my filament?
A: If you experience any issues with our filaments, such as tangling, inconsistent diameter, or printing problems, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We stand by the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues. When there are quality issues during p[rinting we highly recommend drying the filament in a dryer for multiple hours. Desiccants are to reduce the amount of moisture to reach the filament. They don't extract moisture from the filaments.
