Q: How will this work?
A: Every month, our designer N3D will let us know which designs are planned for the coming month, and we will announce these on our social media. We will email an order form to all active subscribers to select the Pocket Monsters they want to receive. As soon as your designs have been released and 3D printed, we will ship them to you or notify you they're ready for collection.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription for free at any time. You will get a refund if your items haven't been shipped yet.
Q: Next month, I will not have enough new Pocket Monster designs for my subscription; what will happen now?
A: You will get store credit worth the value of each Pocket Monster design that's less.
This means if there are only 2 new designs, you will get 1/3th of the subscription price (excluding shipping costs) credited. If you have the Diamond Subscription, you will get, in this case, 1/5th per missing design (excluding shipping costs) credited.
Q: What can I use the store credit for?
A: The store credit will automatically used to pay next month's subscription fee partially. However, you're free to use the store credit before this happens to purchase anything else you might be interested in.
Q: Can I get a refund instead of the store credit?
A: Store credits can be refunded upon request if you no longer have any active subscriptions with us.

As a small business, we consider it our responsibility to provide you with quality prints. We take pride in our skilled craftsmanship and will always provide you with beautiful yet durable products that are designed to keep your and your loved ones occupied for years to come.
That being said, also remember that all 3D prints may have rough edges or some small artifacts leftover as part of the normal manufacturing process. Parents, we use child-friendly, non-toxic materials for your peace of mind, but do take care to supervise your older children during play to reinforce safe play habits. We’d advise keeping your marvels away from the very little ones to avoid the risk of choking on small parts.
